You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is C$25, or free from C$100 after discounts. Express Delivery is C$25. Allow 24 to 48 hours for processing and 5 to 7 days for delivery; no separate express arrival date is guaranteed.

These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian federal, provincial or territorial law. Any voluntary cancellation or change-of-mind return fees do not restrict those rights.
